Hi, my name is Gabriela Marino.

Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I have always had
the ambition to live and work abroad. Fast forward, I have
been lucky to call Los Angeles home for the past 9 years,
where I’ve had the opportunity to work on the most iconic
campaigns in my career.

I have over 15 years of experience in ad agency, leading
global brands. My career has been largely focused on
shaping and elevating sports and cultural brands which
gave me a unique view of the impact advertising can have
in the world.

I believe in the power of diversity, that multicultural
teams can bring a authentic perspective and vision
to brand strategies. That belief has allowed me to
suceed in Global, Regional and Local leadership roles.

• Part of the first team to work on the Airbnb account at TBWA ChiatDay.
• Led iconic campaigns, from the breakthrough launch in Cuba – the first American company to open business in Cuba after the lift of the embargo - to its first truly global initiative, the launch of the “Live There” platform.
• Responsible for managing the Airbnb regional offices in Europe and APAC to ensure brand growth, communication consistency, and alignment with the brand essence Globally.
